Announcement from Exhibit Chair, VLSI 2011

Welcome to VLSI 2011,

Please note the following information related to exhibit hours and availability of stalls to you in preparation for the event. We are planning to make the stall available to you on Jan 1 morning to enable you to prepare for the event.

• Exhibit Stalls will be made available to the exhibitors on Jan 1, 2011, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and from 7 AM on Jan 4, 2011 to prepare for the exhibition. 
• Exhibition will be formally inaugurated on Jan 4, at 11 AM
• Please note the Exhibit hours during the conference
  • Jan 4:  11 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Jan 5:  9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Jan 6:  9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• There will be security for the overall conference premises. We will not provide security personnel for individual stalls. We suggest any portable equipment like laptop to be taken out every day, at the end of the exhibition.
• We will provide the Exhibit passes (5 per booth) at the venue. To enable you to access the venue in preparation for the event, we have provided the list of companies to the IIT-Chennai security. Please ensure your representatives carry the company identification while entering the IIT premises on Jan 3, 2011 and the morning of Jan 4, 2011.
