are provided accommodation in Vikas Concept School.

Food arrangements
Both at JNTU Guest House and at VIKAS Public School the following food
arrangements are made
Breakfast from 4th to 8th January 2008
Dinner on 4th and 6th January 2008
At the conference Venue HICC
Lunch from 4th to 8th January 2008
Inaugural dinner on 5th January during 7.30 to 9.30 PM at the end
of the program
Banquet Dinner on 7th January 2008 at 8 PM
Transport arrangements
One bus from JNTU Guest House starts at 8 AM every day to
conference venue hence please finish your breakfast and board the bus by
8AM
One or two buses from VIKAS Public School starts at 8 AM to
conference venue, hence please finish your breakfast and board the bus by
8AM
Return transport from the conference venue to JNTU/VIKAS Public
School generally by same bus. Timings to be announced in the conference
No transport arranged from Bus Station / Railway station / Air port.
Please make your own arrangements to reach the place of accommodation or
vice versa. Kindly cooperate.
