1st International Student Track on
VLSI Design & Embedded systems
6th and 7th January, 2008 |
|
VLSI Conference 2008 adds another feather to its already elaborate plume. For the very first time, engineering students will participate in a 'Student Track' within the framework of VLSI Conference. Still in college, they will receive the opportunity to interact/ mingle with Industry trendsetters and even get to ask specific questions regarding career pathways and advanced research areas in VLSI Engineering. Students will receive a certification from the VLSI Conference on attending the Student Track which incorporates Keynote speeches from Industry leaders, career planning, and technology trends. The key motivation of this track is to aid students at the threshold of joining the industry to better understand the challenges and upcoming technological trends. This shall prepare them to hit the road running and ease their migration to the ever evolving semiconductor industry. Not only that, it shall make their coursework more meaningful but also provide them opportunities to select more appropriate and relevant project work. |
