Announcement from Exhibit Chair, VLSI 2012

Welcome to VLSI 2012,

Please note the following information related to exhibit hours and availability of stalls to you in preparation for the event. We are planning to make the stall available to you on Jan 8 morning to enable you to prepare for the event.

• Exhibit Stalls will be made available to the exhibitors on Jan 8, 2012, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM  to prepare for the exhibition.
• Exhibition will be formally inaugurated on Jan 9, at 11 AM
• Please note the Exhibit hours during the conference are
  • Jan 9: 11 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Jan10: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• There will be security for the overall conference premises. We will not provide security personnel for individual stalls. We suggest any portable equipment like laptop to be taken out every day, at the end of the exhibition.
• We will provide the Exhibit passes (5 per booth) at the venue. To enable you to access the venue in preparation for the event, we have provided the list of companies to the HICC / Novotel security. Please ensure your representatives carry the company identification while entering the IIT premises on the morning of Jan 8, 2012.
