Sailasree N Natarajan (Shaila) is the Director of Technology & Development and the Site Leader of GLOBALFOUNDRIES, India. She has a wealth of experience in the Semiconductor Industry and holds a Masters Degree in Applied Electronics from Osmania University. Prior to GLOBALFOUNDRIES, she was the Program Director of Microelectronics Division at IBM India, where she primarily managed the Semiconductor Research & Development Center (SRDC) and ASIC groups. In her 23yrs of experience, she has held various technical and leadership positions at multiple organizations ( @ IBM India, Montalvo Systems, ARM India, Artisan, USA) and has a track record of building teams, driving missions and enabling strong growth and success of the organization.
