Mr. Puligadda Raghavendra Sarma, has 18 years of cross functional Proficiency in Financial Planning, M&A Activities, similar business modal change implementations, Corporate Secretarial practices, Auditing and Taxation etc. Raghavendra presently as Board Director heading Finance and Corporate Secretarial functions at SoCtronics Technologies, a specialized Semiconductor Design House and its associate group of companies with diversified business lines in the areas of semiconductor services, education and visual effects etc. spread across India and US. Earlier Raghavendra led the Business Finance function for AMD India operations and was Finance Controller for ATI India operations since 2004. Raghavendra holds a master’s degree in Corporate Secretaryship.

Raghavendra was awarded with the “Spirit of Success” award in 2008, the highest corporate award at AMD Global for “Establishing Best Cross Functional Processes”.

He has been associated with multiple professional and social forums in various roles. He is Co-Founder, Trustee of VLSI International Forum; acted as Finance Chair for the 25th International Conference on VLSI Design. Raghavendra is an active volunteer of LETS VOTE that was awarded with the National CSO Award 2014 for the Campaign on Voters’ education and awareness, for sensitizing citizens especially professionals and educated urban population to participate in democratic processes.
