GD has a long & successful track record as a serial entrepreneur leading multiple startup companies like CuTe Solutions (acquired by ATI technologies), Virtual IP Group, QualCore Logic, Pacific Semiconductors (acquired by Faraday), SoCtronics Technologies, VEDA IIT, including the latest innovation company Ineda Systems.

Presently he also placed on the Board of GLOBALFOUNDRIES Indian Operations. GLOBALFOUNDRIES, the world’s first full-service semiconductor foundry with a truly global manufacturing and technology footprint, is executing its Vision to reshape the semiconductor industry through collaboration and innovation. Full-service semiconductor foundry Launched in March 2009 through a partnership between AMD and the Advanced Technology Investment Company (ATIC), now Mubadala Technology, GLOBALFOUNDRIES provides a unique combination of advanced technology, manufacturing excellence and global operations.

Founding Ineda Systems is an outcome of his passion to promote a product company in India and his relentless pursuit to promote latest technology designs in India resulted in Ineda successfully taping out the industry first Wearable Processor Unit (WPU) SOC in 2013 and getting it funded by industry giants. GD has been in ASIC design industry of Silicon Valley for close to three decades and has worked closely with world class semiconductor foundries.

As Managing Director for AMD India, he created a world-class team of 1200 engineers and led the development of industry first fusion SOC. He was recognized as one of the “Game Changers” in Indian technology industry by Times of India. He obtained the “Best-Run Company Award” for AMD by HYSEA.
