WOMEN IN ENGINEERING CHAIR
Vaishali Neotia is an engineer, entrepreneur, speaker and revolutionist. She is also the cofounder and CEO of Merxius, a privately owned, mutliple award winning technology innovation company that works with Augmented and Virtual Reality products and is India’s most awarded company for the same.
Vaishali is an alumnus of La Martiniere, Osmania University, Indian School of Business & Goldman Sachs 10K women, Stanford Graduate School of Business Ignite, Startup Leadership Program, Global Women’s mentorship program by US State Department and Fortune.
She was selected among 19 women from around the world for an exclusive women’s mentoring program conducted by the US State Department and Fortune in collaboration with Fortune 500 companies. She was mentored by Ms Dina Powell, Head of the Goldman Sachs Foundation and Impact Investments Group.
Vaishali has herself mentored various people as part of diverse initiatives including Girls in Tech, US Exchange Programs, Tower Faculty at the Woxsen School of Business and Startup Leadership Program. She is the President of the GS10k women Alumni chapter, ISB, Hyderabad and on the 10k National board. She has also been a committee member at Grace Hopper India, SME wing of Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association and member of Fortune Most powerful women, Vital Voices, Startup Leadership, COWE, ALEAP and Weconnect International networks.
Vaishali has also been invited as a panelist and speaker at various conferences by IEEE, TiE, GIT, Stanford Ignite, Grace Hopper, August Fest, StartAP, IASAP and at educational instituions such as IIT, IIM, IBS, OU, KLU, KITS among others.
Her company Merxius has been featured in various newspapers and magazines including The Hindu, Deccan Chonicle, TOI. Most recent being in Vogue Magazine, listed among the top 10 technology companies in India 2.0.
